We bought our first Hart nine years ago at a horse show in Jackson, MS. Our horse showing interest had grown and we needed to upgrade. We needed an awning, air, and basically, just a bigger trailer. While in Oklahoma on other business, we stopped by your Hart manufacturing plant. We were given a tour of the plant and were able to design a trailer to meet our specific needs.

When the new trailer arrived, there was just one word to describe it. Awesome! Just simply awesome. Our new trailer has the same quality and safety features for our horse family as our first Hart. The guys in your plant have very high standard of quality and attention to detail. We would buy another in a Hart beat!

We are very active in Cowboy Mounted Shooters and have traveled numerous miles attending shooting events in as many as 7 states. We purchased our first Hart trailer from Ty at Stephenville Trailers in Texas in 2006. Since the purchase, we have traveled approximately 50,000 miles pulling our Hart Trailer to mounted shooting events with no problems or concerns. One thing we have really enjoyed in our trailer is the insulation factor, especially in the horse compartment. Living in southwest New Mexico, it gets pretty hot in the summer and moderately cool in the winter. We have enjoyed our first Hart Trailer so much we have ordered our second Hart Trailer from Ty, upgrading to a slide out in the living quarters.

Ed and I would like to thank you and everyone at Coast to Coast for taking good care of us and our Hart trailer. Ed and I have always had Hart trailers because of the quality of the trailer. Last year when we had sadly out grown our three horse Hart trailer ( which we had for nine years), we knew that coming to Coast to Coast ,we would find another Hart trailer that would fit our needs. However I cannot tell a lie. We did shop around at another trailer dealership. We had heard that they were making a less expensive trailer that was supposed to compare to “Hart” quality. After seeing these trailers, we could not get back into our truck fast enough and go back to the quality we know in the Hart trailer. You and your staff were able to get us the trailer we need at a price we can afford. The service care for the trailer is excellent.

We compete at APHA shows, driving competitions and go to over night trail rides. We are very proud to show up in our Hart trailer with the Outlaw package. We love the look, we love the comfort of the living quarters and the safe ride our horses have in this trailer. Let’s face it. We wouldn’t want to show in anything other than Hart. We bought our 2007 Hart with living quarters on February 14th 2008, a great Valentines gift. For three years we had looked and searched for the right trailer to suit our needs.

After comparing most of the top of the line units, it was clear that the highest quality trailer and conversion package was Hart and Outlaw conversions. The product sold itself, but the dealership makes the difference. Nothing but first rate support and service from the time we walked on the lot.
